Peer support groups for u3a role holders

Cotswold Link is supporting u3as by setting up peer support groups over Zoom for committee role holders and other organisers who want to meet to discuss issues and give and receive advice.

Currently support groups are running for Treasurers, Groups Coordinators, Business Secretaries and Membership Secretaries. A peer support group for Chairs exists, but has not met recently due to lack of demand.

We will arrange sessions for Speakers Secretaries, Website Managers, or any other group if enough people express an interest. Contact any member of the committee for further information.
